Song Ziyi has proposed to resign as the company's executive director and chief financial officer, effective March 2, 2024, to spend more time on other commercial matters. Following the resignation of Ms. Song, he also ceased to act as an authorized representative of the company in accordance with section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules.
