In total, Zhao Yanping and his co-actors held more than 5% of the shares in Shanghai Huace Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. From March 21, 2017 to August 25, 2023, the total share holdings of the company with those acting in concert decreased by 6.29% due to active reduction in holdings and the company's non-public offering of shares. Among them, it sold 607,700 shares through centralized bidding transactions on November 3, 2022, resulting in a cumulative reduction of more than 5% of the company's shares held by it and those acting in concert.
