Gelonghui March 1 丨 GCL Energy Technology (002015.SZ) announced that in order to promote the implementation of GCL Energy Technology Co., Ltd.'s development strategy plan, develop the main new energy and clean energy business with high quality, help the company's development and win with investors through healthy interaction between industrial resources and financial capital, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Xinneng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (“Ningbo Xinneng”), GCL Smart Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“GCL Smart Energy”) will jointly invest RMB 240,000 in securities and Guangfa portion Guangfa Sindh Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“GF Shinde”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the limited company, jointly established the GF Sindh GCL Infrastructure Structured Private Equity Investment Fund (“PreReits Fund” or the “Fund” for short). The total size of the fund set up this time is 400 million yuan, and it mainly invests in new energy industries such as household distributed photovoltaics, industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaics, and energy storage.
