The company held the 17th meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 17th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors on March 1, 2024 to review and pass the “Proposal on Proposed Lease of Some Owned Properties”. Some of the vacant properties the company plans to rent out this time are located in Dongou Industrial Park, Yongjia County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total construction area of about 21,000 square meters. According to market conditions, it is estimated that the annual rent for the rental of the above properties will not exceed 10 million yuan (tax included). Within the scope authorized by the board of directors, there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for consideration.
