The company and investors hereby announce that the restructuring framework agreement will be automatically terminated immediately and will no longer be effective, and that the transactions to be carried out under the restructuring framework agreement and proposed transactions under it (including but not limited to share capital restructuring, subscription matters, creditor plans, application for exemption from cleaning and special transactions) will not continue. The company will not send out circulars to shareholders, nor will it hold a special general meeting of shareholders to approve the restructuring framework agreement and proposed transactions under it. Furthermore, the liquidator has submitted a written application to the Securities Regulatory Commission to withdraw the application for the exemption from cleaning and special transactions.
The company, liquidator and investor have not entered into any agreement or arrangement to continue to propose restructurings (including but not limited to share capital restructuring, subscription matters, creditor plans, applications for exemptions from cleansing, and special transactions).
