Zhitong Finance App News, Greentech International (00195) announced that Xu Jinsheng has resigned as an executive director, as a replacement director of Tan Sri Royal Dato' Gurunjin P.S.M., D.P.T.J. J.P., and as CEO of the company, effective from February 29, 2024, in order to invest more time in his other businesses. Dr. Hui is also no longer a member of the Board's Nomination Committee.
Xie Yue, the executive director and co-CEO of the company, has been reassigned as the sole CEO of the company after the resignation of another co-CEO, Dr. Xu, effective February 29, 2024. Miss Tse will be mainly responsible for implementing the Group's development strategy and managing the Group's business operations. Miss Tse is also a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee.
Natine Cheung Lai Wai has been appointed as an executive director and member of the Nomination Committee with effect from February 29, 2024.
