On February 29, 2024, the company's subsidiary Guizhou Jingjian signed an agreement with the Zunyi Natural Resources Bureau to confirm that the company had won the right to use state-owned land on the north side of the Fengxin Express Line in Honghuagang District of Zunyi City (“this plot”) sold by the Zunyi Natural Resources Bureau. The transaction price of the plot was RMB 13.223 million. At the same time, Guizhou Jingjian obtained ownership of the ancillary buildings on the plot for RMB 813.367.07 million.
According to the disclosure, the plot is located on the north side of the Fengxin Express Line in Honghuagang District of Zunyi City. The parcel number is 52030220230134. The main use is retail commercial land. The total area of the plot is 21.29 million square meters, the concession area is 21.29 million square meters, and the concession period is 40 years. Ground annexes include houses with an area of 10,600 square meters, earthwork flat field projects with a project volume of 167.45 million cubic meters, and slope support projects with a project volume of 16,84 million cubic meters (collectively known as “aboveground buildings”).
