Gross profit reached 478 million yuan, up 20.7% year over year. Profit attributable to company owners was 249 million yuan, an increase of 28.8% over the previous year. Basic earnings per share was 2.48 points.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the increase in revenue brought about by the continuous expansion of the group's management scale.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group has a total contract construction area of about 60.64 million square meters (same period 2022: about 51.82 million square meters), with a total billing area of about 31.44 million square meters (same period 2022: about 24.37 million square meters), providing property management services and value-added services to 390 properties (same period 2022:302 properties).
