On February 28, 2024, Internet Innovation Company agreed to fulfill part of the actual payment responsibilities by February 29, 2024 and December 31, 2024, respectively, as agreed in the supplementary agreement, and inject a total of 8.5 million yuan (RMB, same unit) into Shouxinyun. The amount of funds invested is divided into two installments. The first installment of 6.5 million yuan must be paid by February 29, 2024. After Nettech completes the capital injection, the Group's paid-up equity interest in Shouxinyun will be reduced from 100% to about 68.52%. Shouxinyun will continue to be a subsidiary of the company, and Shouxinyun's financial performance will continue to be comprehensively recorded within the group. As of December 31, 2022, Shouxinyun's audited net asset value was approximately RMB 36.51 million.
The capital injection will be completed on the day NetInnovation Company pays 8.5 million yuan to Shouxinyun's designated bank account. After completion, Shouxinyun's paid-up registered capital will increase from 18.5 million yuan to 27 million yuan, while the Group's paid-up share capital interest in Shouxinyun will be reduced from 100% to about 68.52%.
