Gelonghui, Feb. 28 | Elken Technology (002610.SZ) said on the investor interactive platform that compared to PERC technology, HJT technology not only has greater potential to improve theoretical efficiency, but also has a broader and clear path to cost reduction. Our current average conversion efficiency for mass production of heterojunction HJT batteries is 25.8% to 26%, and it is still improving. In terms of process cost reduction, we will achieve it through multi-path process optimization. At present, significant progress has been made in many core measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency, such as thinning, microcrystalline process, no main grid 0BB, silver coated copper, and no indiandization: 1. Thinning of silicon wafers is currently underway; 2. Reduce silver consumption. Currently, 40-50% silver coated copper paste has been used. In addition to mass production of 0BB, the silver consumption per watt is 7-8 mg. As technology continues to advance, the cost of silver paste can be as low as 5 cents/W; 3. No indidization. Through phased introduction of low indium or no indium targets, it can be reduced to 2 cents/W. In terms of non-process cost reduction, with the joint efforts and promotion of all links in the heterojunction industry chain, the formation of scale and industrialization can also improve the efficiency and quality level of all aspects of equipment, auxiliary materials, etc., thereby reducing the overall cost of heterojunction products.
