After making reasonable inquiries about the company in the relevant circumstances, the board of directors confirmed that, other than those disclosed above, it was not aware of any reason for the fluctuation in share price and trading volume, or any information that must be published to avoid false markets in the company's securities, or any insider information required to be disclosed in accordance with the insider information provisions.
The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the company's shares starting at 9:00 a.m. on February 29, 2024.
