Happiness Holdings (00260) announced that the Group's current business is being reviewed from time to time with a view to improving the Group's business operations and financial situation. Since the suspension of trading of its shares, the company has been communicating with a number of potential business partners, including the gas and petroleum products business, (LED) diode emitters business and other potential business project partners to discuss and consider different solutions and opportunities to prepare a workable resumption plan to resolve the issues leading to the suspension of trading and implement the resumption guidelines, and resume the company's stock trading as soon as possible. The Company will make further announcements relating to the Group's business operations in due course.
Furthermore, the Group will further delay publication of the 2022 annual results and delivery of the 2022 annual report; and further delay the publication of the 2023 interim results and the issuance of the 2023 interim report.
The company is developing its plan for resuming trading and cooperating with its professional advisors to implement the resumption guidelines as soon as practicable. Proposals for the resumption of trading are scheduled to be submitted to the Exchange for consideration around March 2024.
Furthermore, trading continues to be suspended.
