The company granted AEON Credit Finance the right to use the store for a period of one year, from February 28, 2024 to February 27, 2025. The monthly license fee (not including management fees and rates) was HK$282,400.
AEON Credit Finance is the issuer of the company's co-branded credit card. The credit card offers a variety of benefits and is very popular with the company's customers. Under the license agreement, AEON Credit Finance is authorized to operate its service counters in the company's stores located within the property to provide services to co-branded credit card holders. The directors believe that the relevant support services can encourage customers to make purchases with credit cards and/or pay in installments, thereby improving the company's provision of services to customers.
