(603915.SH) announced that on February 28, 2024, the company received a “Notice Letter on the Implementation Results of the Share Reduction Plan” issued by shareholders Mr. Xu Bin and Ms. Shen Huiping. During the implementation of the share reduction plan, Xu Bin reduced his holdings of the company's shares by 4,526,800 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.68% of the company's current total share capital; through bulk transactions, his holdings of the company's shares were reduced by 6.29 million shares, accounting for 0.95% of the company's current total share capital. Xu Bin reduced his holdings of the company's shares by a total of 10.816,800 shares through the aforementioned method, accounting for 1.63% of the company's total share capital; Shen Huiping reduced his holdings of the company's shares by 5.979,500 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.90% of the company's current total share capital. Xu Bin and Shen Huiping reduced their holdings of the company by a total of 16.7963 million shares, accounting for 2.54% of the company's current total share capital.
