According to the news, Zhongwei Financial announced that it has received a request from CMI Financial to hold a special shareholders' meeting to consider five resolutions, including: dismissing Lin Le as an executive director; dismissing Li Feng from the position of executive director; dismissing each director appointed to the board of directors from the day of notification to the day of the special shareholders' meeting; appointing Liu Ran as a non-executive director; and authorizing the board of directors to determine directors' remuneration.
According to reports, Zhongwei Finance announced earlier that it had received a letter of complaint from a shareholder regarding allegations of misconduct against Lin Le, the company's current executive director and chairman of the board of directors. Most members of the board have decided to suspend Lin Le from all positions and powers as chairman of the board. Meanwhile, on January 28, Zhongwei Finance announced that it has appointed Ms. Li Lihong as the company's vice president. According to reports, before joining Zhongwei Finance, Li Lihong worked for Ping An Bank Co., Ltd.
