Gelonghui, Feb. 28 | Natsuan Energy Technology (01597.HK) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Pan Honghuang is eligible as a company secretary under sections 3.28 and 8.17 of the listing rules. As a result, Tang Wing-shan has resigned as the Company's Joint Company Secretary and one of the authorized representatives (“Authorized Representative”) under Rules 3.28 and 3.05 of the Listing Rules, respectively, and Pan Honghuang will act as the sole company secretary and authorized representative under sections 3.28 and 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from February 28, 2024.
