Pioneer Juda (01329) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 2,124 billion (same unit), an increase of 126.92% over the previous year; profit attributable to the company's ordinary equity holders was RMB 8.734 million, compared to a loss of $393 million for the same period last year; basic profit per share was 0.33 points.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to a sharp increase in property sales revenue due to the completion of construction in the construction industry this year, and a sharp increase in outlet sales performance since COVID-19 prevention and control policies were optimized.
