The number of stock options to be granted under this incentive plan is 16 million, accounting for 2.47% of the company's total share capital of 647.383.201 million shares when the draft incentive plan was announced. Of these, 14.19 million shares were granted for the first time, accounting for 2.19% of the total share capital of the company when the draft incentive plan was announced, accounting for about 88.69% of the total equity granted; 1.81 million shares were reserved, accounting for 0.28% of the total share capital of the company when the draft incentive plan was announced, accounting for about 11.31% of the total equity granted.
The exercise price of the stock options (including the reserved portion) of this incentive plan is 8.97 yuan/share.
The total number of incentive recipients to be granted for the first time in this incentive plan is 217, including directors, senior management, middle management, core business (technical) personnel working in the company (including branches and subsidiaries, same below) when the company announced the draft incentive plan, as well as other employees that the company believes should have a direct impact on the company's business performance and future development.
This incentive plan is valid for a maximum period of not more than 60 months from the date the registration of the first grant of stock options is completed until the date of exercise or cancellation of all stock options.
