On February 27, 2024, in order to deepen cooperation between Weichai New Energy and the Group under the strategic cooperation agreement, ZO Motors and Weichai New Energy signed a joint development agreement to specify the details of the joint development of right-hand drive electric trucks.
According to the joint development agreement, Weichai New Energy shall develop right-hand drive electric trucks and accessories according to the specifications and requirements stipulated in the joint development agreement. The proprietary design for right-hand driving products is jointly owned by ZO Motors and Weichai New Energy. The target markets of the product are Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
Under the framework of the strategic cooperation agreement, the Group will continue to further deepen cooperation with Weichai New Energy.
