According to reports, the brand has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the well-known listed company Hongjiu Fruit Products (06689). As soon as this incident came to light, it immediately sparked speculation and concern among some investors.
In response, the reporter quickly contacted Yang Junwen, executive director of Hongjiu Fruit Products, to obtain a response on the cooperation between “Meet the Little Yellow Duck” and Hong Jiu. In an interview, Yang Junwen said, “There is no major business cooperation between Hongjiu Fruit and 'Meet the Yellow Duck' and its affiliate 'Meet the Fruit Tour'. We only supplied a small amount of fresh fruit for the 'Meet the Fruit Tour' project as a supplier, but the two sides stopped cooperating at the end of 2023. Regarding the recent announcement of 'Meet the Little Yellow Ducks' case, we don't think it will have a significant adverse impact on Hongjiu fruit products.”
Yang Junwen further explained that although Hongjiu Fruit and “Meet the Little Yellow Duck” have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, the cooperation between the two sides is limited to the field of fresh fruit supply and does not involve any other business cooperation. He stressed that as a listed company, Hongjiu Fruit has always upheld the principle of prudence in business cooperation, and has strict review standards for risk control of the content of cooperative projects.
