The Zhitong Finance App learned that the increase in chip stocks increased in the afternoon. As of press release, Shanghai Fudan (01385) rose 16.45% to HK$12.6; SMIC (00981) rose 6.63% to HK$16.08; CLP Huada Technology (00085) rose 5.67% to HK$1.49; and Huahong Semiconductor (01347) rose 4.96% to HK$16.92.

According to the news, the State Council's State-owned Assets Administration Commission recently held a special promotion conference on artificial intelligence for central enterprises on “AI Empowering Industry Renewal”. The conference called for AI+ special actions to strengthen demand traction, accelerate the empowerment of key industries, build a batch of multi-modal high-quality industrial data sets, and create large-scale models from infrastructure, algorithm tools, and intelligent platforms to solutions to empower the industrial ecosystem.

Huafu Securities pointed out that central enterprises have advantages such as large demand scale, complete industrial support, and multiple application scenarios. The entry of central enterprises is conducive to speeding up the improvement of the basic foundation for the development of China's AI industry and promoting the formation of industrial demonstration projects to provide direction for other enterprises to innovate. Morgan Stanley, on the other hand, said that production capacity for advanced processes is currently in short supply, and the penetration rate of advanced packaging is expected to maintain a high growth rate following the explosion in demand for AI computing power chips. At the same time, the penetration rate of advanced packaging for end-side computing chips is also rapidly increasing.
