According to Zhitong Finance App, Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713) announced that on February 26, 2024, Gaoxian Electric Power (a subsidiary of the company, as the contractor) signed EPC contract 1 with Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction, Sichuan Shengchang and Sichuan Tuolang (as contractors). Based on this, Gaoxian Electric Power agreed to appoint Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction, Sichuan Shengchang and Sichuan Tuolang to provide related EPC services for Project 1.

Project 1 is the 2005-2015 Gaoxian rural power grid balance adjustment project, including the construction and renovation of 10 kV lines, the construction or renovation of 10 kV distribution transformers, and the renovation of low voltage lines.

On February 26, 2024, Xingwen Electric Power (a subsidiary of the company, as the contractor) signed an EPC contract 2 with Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction and Sichuan Energy Investment Comprehensive Energy and Material Asset Industry Group (as the contractor). Based on this, Xingwen Electric Power agreed to appoint Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction and Sichuan Energy Investment Comprehensive Energy and Material Asset Industry Group to provide relevant EPC services for Project 2.

Project 2 includes the 2005-2015 Xingwen County Rural Power Grid Balance Fund Adjustment Project - 10 kV and below, including the construction and renovation of 10 kV lines, the construction or capacity increase and modification of 57 transformers and low voltage lines (including the renovation of lower end lines), and the 10 kV line Forest Grass Field Fire Safety Hazard Remediation Project and the Substation Forest Grass Garden Fire Safety Hazard Remediation Project.

On February 26, 2024, Pingshan Electric Power (a subsidiary of the company, as the contractor) signed an EPC contract 3 with Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Sichuan Tuolang (as the contractor). Based on this, Pingshan Electric Power agreed to appoint Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction and Sichuan Tuolang to provide related EPC services for Project 3.

Project 3 is the 2005-2015 Pingshan County Rural Power Grid Balance Fund Adjustment Project - 10 kV and below, including a new construction project for a 2 entry and 8 exit opening and closing station in Zhongdu Town, a 10 kV interval expansion project for a 35 kV substation in Xinshi Town, a column circuit breaker, a 10 kV line, and a small current ground selection device.

On February 26, 2024, Junlian Electric Power (a subsidiary of the company, as the contractor) signed EPC contract 4 with Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction and Sichuan Energy Investment Comprehensive Energy (as the contractor). Based on this, Junlian Electric Power agreed to appoint Sichuan Energy Investment Development and Construction and Sichuan Energy Investment Comprehensive Energy to provide related EPC services for Project 4.

On February 26, 2024, Junlian Electric Power (a subsidiary of the company, as the contractor) entered into an equipment and materials procurement contract with Property Asset Industry Group (as the contractor). Based on this, Junlian Electric Power agreed to appoint Property Asset Industry Group to provide equipment and material procurement services for Project 4.

Project 4 is a fund adjustment project for rural power grids in Junlian County from 2005 to 2015. It includes the construction of a new opening and closing station, a ring network cabinet, a primary and secondary fusion circuit breaker, a small current ground selection device, a three-phase smart meter, a concentrator, a high voltage transformer, and a new 10kV line.
