According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huijing Holdings (09968) announced results for the year ended December 31, 2022, with revenue falling 98.4% year-on-year to about 85.9 million yuan (RMB, same unit); net losses were about 2,834 billion yuan, of which losses attributable to the owners of the parent company were about 2,453 billion yuan, while profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was 256 million yuan; loss per share was 0.47 yuan.
As of December 31, 2022, the Group and the joint venture had obtained contract sales of about 441 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 94.5%; and a contracted sales floor area of about 53,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of about 94.6%.
According to reports, the year-on-year decline in revenue was mainly due to fewer projects delivered in 2022 and lower unit prices affected by the market environment.
