Gelonghui, Feb. 26 | Huatong Co., Ltd. (002840.SZ) announced that in order to enhance the operating scale and strength of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Xianju County Guangxin Food Co., Ltd. (“Xianju Food”) and Pujiang Huatong Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (“Pujiang Animal Husbandry”), agreed between the company, China Agricultural Industry Development Fund Co., Ltd., Xianju Food, and Pujiang Animal Husbandry, and Pu Jiang Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. plans to pay 1 yuan of registered capital at 1.4926 yuan (value of 1.49261,027 yuan per share, four decimal places). Pujiang Animal Husbandry plans to pledge funds at RMB 1 The price of the yuan registered capital introduced the China Agricultural Fund as a new shareholder.

The China Agricultural Fund plans to purchase additional shares of Xianju Food and Pujiang Animal Husbandry at RMB 50 million respectively. Among them, the registered capital of Xianju Foods is RMB 33.4984 million (the margin of the additional registered capital is due to rounding off the value of each share) and the registered capital of Pujiang Animal Husbandry Industry is 50 million yuan. After all of the above capital increases are completed, Xianju Food and Pujiang Animal Husbandry will change from wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company to holding subsidiaries. Among them, Xianju Food's registered capital will increase from RMB 553.35 million to RMB 88,833,400; the China Agricultural Fund will hold 37.71% of Xianju Food's shares, and the company will hold 62.29% of Xianju Food's shares; the registered capital of Pujiang Animal Husbandry will increase from RMB 250 million to RMB 30,000; the China Agricultural Fund will hold 16.67% of Pujiang Animal Husbandry's shares, and the company holds 83.33% of Pujiang Animal Husbandry. The investment period of the China Agricultural Fund is 3 years. The company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Xianju Food and Pujiang Animal Husbandry have introduced new shareholders and capital increases do not constitute related transactions.
