We'd be surprised if HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ:HSTM) shareholders haven't noticed that the Senior Vice President of Workforce Development Solutions, Trisha Coady, recently sold US$184k worth of stock at US$26.34 per share. The eyebrow raising move amounted to a reduction of 32% in their holding.

That means that an insider was selling shares at slightly below the current price (US$26.81).
