On February 22, 2024, the company received a court civil ruling dated December 26, 2023 from the court's joint managers (Sichuan Dingtian Law Firm and Sichuan Chunlei Law Firm) (joint manager) of Tongxin and Gold for revolving debt restructuring; and a court notice dated February 21, 2024 (collectively referred to as “court documents”). According to court documents, the court accepted the joint manager's application for substantive merger, bankruptcy and restructuring, and consolidated Tai-Vietnam debt into Tongxin and Gold revolving debt restructuring. The joint manager performed the duties of the manager for such debt restructuring.
Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
