According to the news, Zhongwei Financial announced that it received a letter of complaint from a shareholder on January 28 regarding allegations of misconduct against Lin Le, the current executive director and chairman of the board of directors of the company. Although the results of the investigation are still pending, most members of the board of directors have decided to suspend Lin Le from all positions and powers as chairman of the board, effective yesterday; to appoint Executive Director Dulina as acting chairman of the board of directors.
Notably, on January 28, Zhongwei Finance announced that it had appointed Ms. Li Lihong as the company's vice president. According to reports, before joining Zhongwei Finance, Li Lihong worked for Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., and held various positions from October 2016 to January 2024. From March 29, 2018 to September 20, 2021, he was appointed as a non-executive director of Greenview (China) Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd.
