Zhongtai Futures (01461) announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Qingbin as the company's executive director. Mr. Liu Qingbin's appointment starts on the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (i.e. February 22, 2024) until the end of the fourth board of directors of the company, and can be re-elected at the end of the term.
In addition, Mr. Hu Kainan proposed to resign as a non-executive director of the company, chairman and member of the Risk Control Committee of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Audit Committee due to other work arrangements. Mr. Hu Kainan's resignation took effect on February 22, 2024. On February 22, 2024, the board of directors passed a bill to elect Mr. Liu Qingbin as the chairman and member of the Board's Risk Control Committee.
