According to the Zhitong Finance App, Benjakoda (01665) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RM692 million, up 15.2% year on year; profit during the year was RM142 million, up 6.7% year on year; basic profit per share was 5.97 cents, and a final dividend of HK$0.02 per share is to be paid.
Driven by the contribution of continuous improvements in ATE and FAS business divisions, 2023 marks another milestone in the Group's third consecutive revenue record. Revenue during the year surpassed the previous level of RM601 million in 2022 and continued to soar to RM692 million, achieving a double-digit increase of 15.2%. Notably, the revenue distribution between ATE and FAS business segments is trending more evenly, with each segment contributing about 65.4% and 34.6% of the Group's total revenue in 2023. Of the 2022 contributions, ATE and FAS business segments respectively accounted for 70.1% and 29.9% of the Group's revenue, reflecting the positive results of the Group's efforts to diversify its divisions.
