Gelonghui, Feb. 22 | Jin Jiang Hotel (600754.SH) said on the investor interactive platform that during the Spring Festival (February 10 to February 17, 2024), the overall yield (RevPAR) of the company's domestic hotels exceeded expectations, the reservation rate and average revenue for a single room reached a record high during the Spring Festival, and the occupancy rate and average price exceeded the same period in 2019. The increase in the sinking market is even more obvious. The sharp increase in hotel bookings during the Spring Festival was mainly driven by factors such as extended vacations and resilient travel consumption demand, as well as the company's good brand awareness and customer loyalty, and layout in key cities according to market demand and development strategies. The company currently operates more than 10,000 stores. In terms of store distribution, first-tier and second-tier cities account for about 54%, third-tier cities account for 21%, and third-tier cities account for about 25%; in the future, the company will continue to expand its market share in the sinking market and enhance its brand influence.
