(603132.SH) issued an announcement that the company will integrate lead and zinc resources in the Jiangluo mining area in Huixian County in accordance with government integration requirements to build a modern mine with an annual harvesting capacity of 3 million tons in the Jiangluo mining area. In order to speed up the integration process and meet government integration requirements, Huixian Xiangyangshan Mining Co., Ltd. (“Xiangyangshan Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Huixian Xiejiagou Lead-Zinc Mining Co., Ltd. (“Xiejiagou Company”) plan to jointly invest and establish a joint venture with another company within the scope, Gansu Howson Mining Co., Ltd. (“Howson Company”). Among them, Xiejiagou Company plans to invest RMB 45.28 million, accounting for 45.28% of the registered capital of the joint venture; Xiangyangshan Company plans to invest RMB 28.11 million, accounting for 28.11% of the registered capital of the joint venture; and Howson Company plans to invest RMB 266.11 million, accounting for 26.61% of the registered capital of the joint venture.
