Glonghui, Feb. 21 | Bowers Pacific (01076.HK) announced that the company has decided to initiate judicial review proceedings against the delisting decision and is currently seeking legal advice on the possible reasons for the company's application for permission for the judicial review process. In view of the above situation, the company wrote to the Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee and Listing Division on February 19, 2024 requesting that the Exchange suspend the execution of the delisting decision in any way until the judicial review process makes a ruling, so that the company has sufficient time to fully consider the potential judicial review process and to be heard by the High Court.
The Listing Division responded by letter dated January 20, 2024, stating that if the company continues the judicial review process on or before March 6, 2024, and the company finds possible reasons in the judicial review, the Stock Exchange will voluntarily not implement the delisting decision.
Trading continues to be suspended.
