On February 21, GLONGHUI Co., Ltd. (300839.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase RMB common stock (A shares) shares issued by the company to protect the company's value and shareholders' rights. After this share repurchase, it is proposed to cancel all of them and reduce the company's registered capital accordingly. The total capital for this repurchase is not less than RMB 20 million and no more than RMB 40 million (all inclusive), and the price range of the shares to be repurchased does not exceed RMB 10.00 per share (including the number of shares). If calculated based on the maximum capital of this repurchase and the upper limit of the repurchase price, it is estimated that the total number of shares to be repurchased is 4,000,000 shares, accounting for 1.63% of the current total share capital of the company. Based on the lower limit of the total repurchase capital and the upper limit of the repurchase price, it is estimated that the total number of shares to be repurchased is 2,000,000 shares, accounting for 0.81% of the current total share capital of the company. The implementation period for this share repurchase shall not exceed three months from the date the board of directors deliberates and approves the share repurchase plan.
