Gelonghui, Feb. 21丨Shangao Holdings (00412.HK) announced that the company has been selected by Hang Seng Index Limited and will be included as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Composite Index with effect from March 4, 2024. The Hang Seng Composite Index is a comprehensive Hong Kong market index, covering up to 95% of the total market capitalization of companies listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. It can be used as a benchmark for index funds, mutual funds and performance.
The board of directors believes that being included in the Hang Seng Composite Index reflects the capital market's high recognition of the company's business performance and value, which will help expand the shareholder base and increase the liquidity of its share transactions, thereby enhancing the company's investment value and reputation in the capital market.
