Realty Income (NYSE:O) reported quarterly AFFO Per Share of $1.01 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.04 by 2.88 percent. This is a 1 percent increase over AFFO of $1.00 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.08 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.02 billion by 5.18 percent. This is a 21.08 percent increase over sales of $888.65 million the same period last year.
For 2024, the company said it expects AFFO to range between $4.13 per share and $4.21 per share.
