According to the news, Feitian Yundong stated that it was unaware of the reason for the change after making reasonable inquiries, and also confirmed that business operations remained normal, and that there were no substantial changes in business operations or financial conditions. The controlling shareholders, directors and senior management of the company have also not recently reduced their holdings or plans to reduce their holdings.
Notably, Hang Seng Index announced the results of the Hang Seng Index series of quarterly reviews up to 31 December 2023. All changes will take effect on March 4, 2024. Specifically, the number of constituent stocks in the Hang Seng Composite Index was reduced from 518 to 514, of which Feitian Yundong was excluded.
