Youran Animal Husbandry's Yuanxing Feed Linhe Production Base won the TPM Excellence Award
Recently, Japan's JIPM, an authoritative review agency for the world manufacturing industry, announced the list of winners of the 2023 Global Manufacturing Excellence Awards TPM Award. This award is a sign of the competitiveness of global manufacturing companies and represents the most popular, advanced, and comprehensive production management method in the world manufacturing industry. Youran Animal Husbandry's Yuanxing Feed Linhe Production Site won the TPM Excellence Award (Class A). It is the only company in the Chinese feed industry to receive this honor in 2023, and has become the biggest highlight of this TPM Awards list.
Youran Animal Husbandry (09858) Yuanxing Feed has been able to win this prestigious “World-Class Manufacturing” award. With its high standards of “Made in China”, it also has the strong ability to “lead the industry” in producing ruminant feed using production process standards for infant formula!
In 2017, Youran Animal Husbandry took the lead in introducing lean management concepts in the industry. Through integration with actual animal husbandry production and through lean management innovation, it successfully exported lean management methods with industry characteristics against the world's advanced enterprises. Youran Animal Husbandry Dayang Ranch and its two feed production sites in Ningxia and Dumeng have been awarded the TPM Excellence Award. Since 2019, Youran Animal Husbandry's Yuanxing Feed Linhe Production Base has introduced lean management, achieving comprehensive improvements in production efficiency, performance indicators, team ability and morale. In 2023, compared with 2019, processing costs for a single ton of feed decreased by an average of 11.1% per year, maintenance costs for a single ton of feed decreased by an average of 20.1% per year, and labor efficiency per capita increased by an average of 13.02% per year.
