Gelonghui, Feb. 19 | Green Power Environmental Protection (01330.HK) announced that with regard to the 2024 interest payment of “Green Power Convertible Bonds”, the convertible corporate bonds issued by Green Power Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “the Company”) on February 25, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Convertible Bonds”) will start paying interest from February 25, 2023 to February 24, 2024 (due to February 25, 2024 as a day off, the redemption date for convertible bonds has been postponed to February 26, 2024).
According to the agreement in the company's “Prospectus”, the current interest payment is the second year of Green Energy Convertible Bonds. The coupon interest rate for the current interest accrual year is 0.40% (tax included), that is, the interest on each convertible bond with a face value of 100 yuan is RMB 0.40 (tax included).
