Gelonghui, February 19 | Seagull Housing & Construction (002084.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares and will be used to implement the company's equity incentive plan; the repurchase amount will not be less than RMB 20 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 40 million (inclusive); and the repurchase price will not exceed 4.97 yuan/share. According to the maximum repurchase amount of 40 million yuan and the maximum repurchase price of 4.97 yuan/share, it is estimated that 8,048,289 shares will be repurchased, accounting for 1.24% of the total number of issued shares of the Company; according to the minimum repurchase amount of 20 million yuan and the maximum repurchase price of 4.97 yuan/share, it is estimated that 4,024,145 shares will be repurchased, accounting for about 0.62% of the total number of issued shares of the Company. The specific number of shares to be repurchased is based on the number of shares actually repurchased at the end of the repurchase period; the repurchase period shall not exceed 12 months from the date the board of directors reviewed and approved the share repurchase plan.
