Gelonghui, Feb. 19: Yuntianhua (600096.SH) announced that on December 26, 2023, the Yunnan Provincial Government Procurement and Sale Center issued the “2023 Yunnan Zhenxiong County Bowchang Phosphate Survey Prospecting Rights Notice”. The Yunnan Provincial Department of Natural Resources publicly sold the Wanchang Phosphate Mine Survey and Prospecting Rights in Zhenxiong County, Yunnan Province through the Yunnan Provincial Government Procurement and Sale Center through the Yunnan Provincial Government Procurement and Distribution Center. The participating company Polyphosphate New Materials participated in the prospecting rights listing auction in accordance with legal procedures, bid for the prospecting rights at a price of 800,000 yuan, and signed a “Prospecting Rights Sale Transaction Confirmation” with the Yunnan Provincial Government Procurement and Concession Center.
After the results of the prospecting rights sale have expired without objection, Polyphosphorous New Materials will sign a “Prospecting Rights Sale Contract” with the Yunnan Provincial Department of Natural Resources, and complete procedures such as prospecting rights registration and licensing in accordance with the procedures.
The Zhenxiong County Wanchang Phosphate Mine is located in the three blocks of Fengjiagou, Zhujiachang and Qingba Village in the Yangchang-Mangbu phosphate mining area of Zhenxiong County. The region is rich in phosphate resources.
