According to the Zhitong Finance App, Enterprise Exhibition Holdings (01808) announced that from November 22, 2023 to February 9, 2024, the group sold 143,145 RIOT shares in the market at a total cost of about US$2,085,400 (not including transaction costs) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Enterprise Exhibition (Hong Kong) Holdings. Considering the recent market price of RIOT shares, the directors saw the sale as an opportunity to cash out the Group's investment in RIOT sales shares. The directors expect to confirm pre-tax earnings of approximately $356,200 that are included in other comprehensive income.
Furthermore, from February 6, 2024 to February 12, 2024, the Group sold 9,000 Tesla shares in the market at a total cost of approximately US$1,7028 million (not including transaction costs) through Enterprise Exhibition (Hong Kong) Holdings. Considering the recent market price of Tesla shares, the directors saw the sale as an opportunity to cash out the Group's investment in Tesla's sales shares.
