MGO Global Inc. (MGOL) has released an update.
The company has agreed to issue 232,019 unregistered shares of its common stock to Mr. Harward as part of a settlement agreement. These shares will be issued by February 20, 2024, and will be exempt from registration under the Securities Act, as there will not be a public offering involved.
