Since the end of 2023, the Group has been actively communicating with representatives of the Tianning District Government of Changzhou City, smart industry operators and technology giants, including Zhongzhong Smart Industrial Park, Yingzhi Future (Nvidia NPN authorized partner), Shengcan Technology (Tencent's post-investment member company) and Tencent Cloud on artificial intelligence industry ecology and industrial park investment cooperation. The parties plan to work together to invest in the construction of a computing power center (computing power center) covering the entire East China region in Changzhou; build an artificial intelligence public service platform (public service platform) in Changzhou; and build a “physical+digital twin artificial intelligence industrial park (industrial park)” in the Changzhou region.
If the proposed direction of cooperation can rely on resource investment from all parties and the coordination support of local governments in terms of land use, policies and measures, etc., after the Group's pre-computing power center is built and put into use, it can provide comprehensive and powerful artificial intelligence services to relevant institutions and private enterprises in the region; the public service platform will closely focus on technology research and development and achievement transformation common services in the field of artificial intelligence industry development; and the industrial park is expected to be positioned as a highland for the artificial intelligence industry in East China.
