At 4:00 p.m. on February 9, 2024 (Friday) (that is, the last time and date of acceptance of the offer contained in the comprehensive document), the offeror received: valid acceptance of a total of 78.0929 million shares offered under the share offer, which is equivalent to approximately 28.96% of the total issued share capital of Hong Kong Resources on the date of this joint announcement; and valid acceptance of a total of 88,500 share options under the share option offer, which is equivalent to approximately 8.3% of the number of share options not exercised on the date of the comprehensive document.
Following the end of the offer and the date of this joint announcement, 53.610.7 million Hong Kong Resources shares (equivalent to approximately 19.88% of the total issued share capital of Hong Kong Resources) were held by the public.
