Zhitong Finance App News, LHN (01730) announced that on February 9, 2024, the High Court granted a sale order for the sale of GSM properties. As the sale order has been obtained and the preconditions have been met or waived, the expected completion date is May 9, 2024.
As of the date of this announcement, the buyer has paid a deposit of a total of SGD 4 million (excluding GST), accounting for 5% of the cost. As disclosed in the circular, within 7 days of issuing the sale order, the buyer must pay an additional amount of SGD 4 million (excluding goods and services tax), which is equivalent to 5% of the price, while the remaining 90% of the price must be paid on the completion date. Payment of the costs is expected to be disbursed through internal funding sources and bank loans.
