According to the Zhitong Finance App, Minxin Group (00222) issued an announcement. The Group expects to obtain profit attributable to shareholders of about HK$45 million to HK$65 million for the year ended December 31, 2023, down about 85% to 90% compared with the same period in 2022.
According to the announcement, the decrease was mainly due to a decrease in the performance of the company's main affiliate companies for the year ended December 31, 2023 compared to the same period in 2022, and the company's shares in the main associated company were diluted from about 8.8543% to about 8.689% in March 2023, confirming a one-time dilution loss of about HK$15.72 million.
