Following the decision of the board of directors, Dai Guohong was removed from the position of company secretary, effective February 9, 2024. Mr. Dai is also no longer acting as an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, which will take effect on February 9, 2024.
Ho Kai Tak has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative to replace Mr. Dai with effect from February 9, 2024.
