Gelonghui, Feb. 8: Gree Real Estate (600185.SH) said on the investor interactive platform that according to public information, in order to further optimize the layout of state-owned capital, the Zhuhai State-owned Assets Administration Commission has launched a new round of restructuring and integration activities, and the company has not received relevant notification documents from the Zhuhai Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission or controlling shareholders. Up to now, Zhuhai Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, has pledged 360 million shares, accounting for 42.49% of the company's shares and 19.10% of the company's total share capital.
