Gelonghui, Feb. 7: Xinyuan Technology (300472.SZ) announced that on February 7, 2024, the company received the “Notice Letter on the Share Increase Plan” from Mr. Zhu Yesheng, the controlling shareholder, actual controller and chairman of the company. Based on confidence in the company's future development, recognition of the company's long-term investment value, and safeguarding shareholders' interests and enhancing investor confidence, Mr. Zhu Yesheng, who has not reduced his holdings since listing, plans to reduce his holdings within 6 months from the date of disclosure of this announcement (except for the period when laws, regulations and relevant regulations such as Shenzhen Stock Exchange business rules prohibit increasing holdings) Through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, the company's shares are increased by no less than 1 million shares (including capital) and not more than 2 million shares (including capital) using own funds through centralized bidding transactions.
