Wu Yuwen has proposed the resignation of the company as company secretary; the company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules; and the position of authorized representative representing the company in Hong Kong in receiving legal process documents or notices in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws), which will take effect from February 7, 2024.
The board of directors is pleased to announce that Zhu Jianming will be appointed as the company secretary; authorized representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the listing rules; and agent for legal proceedings to fill the vacancy of Ms. Wu's resignation, effective from February 7, 2024.
